We completed the construction of this large supermarket and restaurant in a town centre location. The site was situated on N13 national primary route which in conjunction with it’s town centre location posed significant challenges with regard to ensuring integrity of adjoining building and managing the works around the heavy flow of traffic past the site. We overcame these challenges through the careful implementation of traffic management and safety plans. The project is constructed traditionally with full retail fit out, cold rooms, storage and 60 seater facilities and a restaurant / diner.
