FEATURED PROJECT:
Teagasc Ballyhaise Educational Facility
This refurbishment involved the change of use of one of the existing farm buildings (circa 200 years old) for use as an educational facility. The works took place within the curtilage of Ballyhaise House, Ballyhaise, Co. Cavan which is a protected structure of regional importance. Externally a pit was converted and extensive hard and soft landscaping and two new car parks were provided. Internally the walls were coated with lime render in keeping with the original finish of the building.
